  9. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  10. before using this software.  Unless you have a different license
  11. agreement signed by Voodoo Software Ltd. your use of this
  12. software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and
  13. warranty.

  15. Registered Version

  17. One registered copy of VoodooCoder II may either be used by a single
  18. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  19. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  20. multiple people, but not both.

  22. You may access the registered version of VoodooCoder II through a 
  23. network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
  24. software covering all workstations that will access the software
  25. through the network.  For instance, if 8 different workstations
  26. will access VoodooCoder II on the network, each workstation must 
  27. have its own VoodooCoder II license, regardless of whether they 
  28. use VoodooCoder II at different times or concurrently.
